Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Corti (“Service”), operated by Heavaa (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Digital Service

Corti is a digital SaaS product. Upon payment, your subscription is activated immediately and you receive instant access to the features included in your plan. No physical goods are shipped.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are subscribing to a paid plan for the first time, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies once per account and covers your first paid subscription only.

After the 14-Day Period

After the initial 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription:

  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Downgrades and Cancellations

  • You may downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • You continue to have full access to your current plan until then.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After 14 days, the annual subscription is non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent renewal, and your access continues until the end of the annual period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period, contact us at:

Please include your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Polar, our payment processor.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse or violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts
