This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Corti (“Service”), operated by Heavaa (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Digital Service
Corti is a digital SaaS product. Upon payment, your subscription is activated immediately and you receive instant access to the features included in your plan. No physical goods are shipped.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are subscribing to a paid plan for the first time, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies once per account and covers your first paid subscription only.
After the 14-Day Period
After the initial 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription:
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Downgrades and Cancellations
- You may downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
- You continue to have full access to your current plan until then.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After 14 days, the annual subscription is non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent renewal, and your access continues until the end of the annual period.

Please include your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Polar, our payment processor.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse or violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity
- Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts
