Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Corti is a SaaS platform that automatically extracts, tracks, and verifies technical decisions made by software teams. The Service integrates with third-party tools such as Slack, GitHub, Notion, Linear, Jira, and Google Docs to collect and analyze decision data using AI-powered extraction and human-in-the-loop (HITL) verification.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Corti offers Free, Pro, and Team plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Current pricing is available at corti.wiki/pricing.

• All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment processor.
• Paid plans are activated immediately upon successful payment.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

4. Data Ownership

Your data is yours. You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. Upon account termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

5. Service Availability

We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
• Access accounts or data belonging to other users without authorization
• Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious code
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API access

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Heavaa and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Heavaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination and Refunds

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

• You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
